Point Betsie Lighthouse in Frankfort, Michigan is one of the most beautiful and highly photographed lighthouses in the state. Getting on location in the early morning after a heavy snowstorm, took some heroic driving and some extra safety precautions. Not only did I make it, but I had the lighthouse and surrounding area to myself for about an hour which was incredible! The ice was slick and snow-covered making it treacherous even with ice cleats. The scenery was exceptional though! “Ice Box” is available in a variety of print sizes, and as a 5.5x4.25” greeting card. Prints noted as “with mat” are matted, backed and sleeved.
